醬油湯拉麵湯味濃, 但淡, 要問廚房要醬油加, 加後ok.叉燒係五花腩肉幾香口. 麵,幼麵, 可能因為湯唔太杰怕掛唔上麵身.整體ok 65分主角, 沾麵剛相反, 汁夠掛湯麵用上粗麵, 沾後夠味,但湯內嘅肉+筍極鹹, 鹹到苦. 若一路食麵一路飲啖湯, 都係鹹到苦.就咁沾就ok, 但要唔好食啲餸.200g麵吃罷冇問題.問題在, 吃罷加雞湯落個汁度飲, 當鹹味溝淡後, 一陣不討好嘅酸味浮面, 應該係魚介以小弟有限嘅experience, 魚介唔靚就會有酸味或烟醺味, 呢度酸味極濃, 飲兩口後, 放棄 (agura極濃魚介味, 但兩個問題都冇, 我以佢做benchmark)不過話可以咁說, 鹹酸菜都大把人鍾意食啦, 我呢啲唔識食啫48分地方幾大, 但係當日三枱客佢硬要我哋side by side咁坐本來都ok, 但佢不是個waitress落單硬要squeeze喺兩台中間等我食緊麵時個屎忽喺正我塊面側邊....

整體ok 65分
主角, 沾麵剛相反, 汁夠掛湯麵用上粗麵, 沾後夠味,
但湯內嘅肉+筍極鹹, 鹹到苦. 若一路食麵一路飲啖湯, 都係鹹到苦.
就咁沾就ok, 但要唔好食啲餸.
200g麵吃罷冇問題.
問題在, 吃罷加雞湯落個汁度飲, 當鹹味溝淡後, 一陣不討好嘅酸味浮面, 應該係魚介
