To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇完喜愛夜蒲之後，就一路好想食豚王。但聽講好多人排隊，所以一路都的唔起心肝去食。今次放學早左，就決定過去試一試!間鋪頭細細間，坐到大概十個人左右啦，但未到十二點，門口就一條好長的人龍，好彩有職員會俾d水門口的人飲，又會幫你點左餐先，所以排隊都排得開心d，人流都去得快d。等左半個鐘，終於入到去。有四款拉面，分別係豚王，黑王，赤王，翠王。幾個朋友夾份每樣叫一碗，最好食果然係豚王!! 而且拉面的軟硬同湯的濃度都有得自己揀，總有一款合心意。 豚王拉麵 濃湯 面適中硬度下次建議大家唔好叫濃湯，因為真係好濃，蓋過晒其他材料的味。面的硬度較軟身，下次可以試下硬面。叉燒都好好食。黑王加左墨魚汁湯底，雖然食唔出墨魚味但都幾特別呀，上面仲有d日式的肉躁，略咸，所以叫淡味湯剛剛好!

下次建議大家唔好叫濃湯，因為真係好濃，蓋過晒其他材料的味。面的硬度較軟身，下次可以試下硬面。
