To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇去九龍灣德福廣場，所以就約朋友去逛街和晚飯。其實德福廣場有好多選擇，最後擇咗經常幫襯嘅台式餐廳～茶木。7:00pm到達茶木，等咗十分鐘就有位，當看見所有甜品都賣晒，有D傷心，下次一定要早D嚟補返數。首先我哋叫咗一個客飯，紅蔥地瓜燉無骨牛腩，牛腩燉得好入味，入口即融。跟住就叫咗小食～路邊攤小食，紅油炒手，自家製台式烤香腸，櫻花蝦花枝餅。記得食烤香腸時加埋蒜片，又夾又好味。至於櫻花蝦花枝餅，非常彈牙，值得encore。飲品就叫咗珍珠奶茶，佛手柑水果茶，記得揀自己鍾意嘅茶底，杯飲品就變得更加完美！🥰
