To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意食辣嘅一定要嚟試下, 唔係咁食得辣嘅都推薦沙嗲湯底因為朋友仔唔係好食得辣🌶所以叫咗沙嗲湯底， 沙嗲湯底好少米線舖有得叫，而且好香唔會死鹹麻辣🌶湯底鹹香帶辣有層次配上鮮竹蝦春卷、司華力腸， 肥牛，牛柏葉 ， 仲有佢嘅肉醬都好好食，幼米線食落好爽口~麻辣🌶湯中辣真係🌶辣得好過癮！即炸鮮竹蝦春卷🥰，食落好香口~司華力腸同雞肉腸炸至香脆，好似街邊檔燒出嚟果種味道同口感。蒙古大汗烤豬腿(豬仔脾🍗)~好香孜然味道，不過 。。。係有一點點失望， 因為啲豬仔髀 🍗肉質有啲乾，而且好鞋口感一般😅
