友人慶祝我考到車牌,就提議食正宗壽喜燒慶祝。我地點左餐後侍應好快就拎左鐵鍋同埋食物上枱。食物方面有和牛、黑毛豬、牛舌、海鮮拼盤同蔬菜拼盤。仲有唔少得壽喜燒甘露同埋日式清湯各一瓶。侍應首先教我地將隻鮮雞蛋打落隻碗搞勻先,陣間用嚟蘸肉食。等個鍋燒熱後,先將和牛脂肪塗勻鍋底,再炒香洋蔥同京蔥,跟住就可以放和牛落鍋燒。和牛每面燒約兩秒,然後淋上壽喜燒甘露就食得。和牛就咁食已經好嫩滑,蘸埋雞蛋汁令肉味更突出,其他肉類同海鮮就咁燒都好好食。我地食燒肉食到有啲滯滯地,就加日式清湯溝埋壽喜燒甘露調味轉做日式火鍋繼續大食一餐。重點係湯底冇味精,食得健康!出面有大量自助火鍋配料任拎,特別嘅係有羽衣甘藍、冰菜同秋葵較少見蔬菜食。最後我地食埋Haagen-Dazs雪糕先肯收手,真係相當滿足嘅一餐。
