Restaurant: Eight Treasures

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前都吃过几次，喜欢他们的汤底，加了药材，味道浓郁又带点清甜。最近更荻得米芝莲推介，也不会惊奇。中午饭时间在店外排了5分钟队才可以进去，店子不大，客人都是吃完就走，所以等候的时间不会太长。餐单一点都不复杂，都是以牛腩为主。崩沙腩面比一般的牛腩面贵30元，肉质很嫩，不嚡并且没有渣。而且连着肉那块筋膜，一咬即断，很有牛腩的味。汤就更不用说了，除了浓郁的药膳味，味道非常清甜，看到每桌的客人都把汤全部喝完，我也不例外。
