6月到上海探親,每次都會去傳統上海菜館吃飯,傳統上海菜色偏甜,油份較多。今晚突然想吃上海菜,星期五晚上沒訂位,只能碰碰運氣吧!晚市6點開始,跟友人準時到達,經理說晚市全滿,如能在7點交枱還是可以的坐下馬上點菜,二人點了葱油海蜇頭,鎮江肴肉(忘了拍照)乾煸鮮荀四季豆,青菜煨麵,素菜蒸餃,稻草扎肉(二客)上菜速度挺快,每度菜水準平均,服務也很周到,在這裡吃上海菜份量較精緻,油份較少,吃後負擔感也相對較少,正適合貪吃又怕肥的我,因為時間有限,還有很多菜色想試,下次光顧一定預先訂枱慢慢品嚐。
