今日下午原本同同事去嘉頓食lunch,但原來已爆,見呢間咁特别又未試過同同事試下,餐廳内只有四種選擇,分别係梅、竹、松、特上 四種丼飯,分别係:1.梅係有9種魚2.竹都係9種魚但增量3.松係9種魚加蟹肉、4.特上係9種魚加蟹肉再加埋海膽一黎會先送上兩片魚生片,而魚生上面有少少胡麻醬,佢地教我地先食一片先,另外一片留返一陣放湯食。我地今次叫左竹,吞拿魚蓉搭到好高下,份量好足料,味道幾好,而佢地教我個丼飯可以分3份食:三分一用紫菜當手卷咁食三分一魚生飯咁食最後三分一將魚生飯加湯當湯飯食,我覺得三個食法呢個最正,湯好似係鮮魚湯,食時加翻之前食剩果一片魚生片。鮮魚湯配上魚生飯,味道唔錯,魚湯又鮮味,呢個食法食完令整個飯增分不少。總括來講,未食過可以一試,店主話如果夜晚食仲可以叫蠔,下次要去試下。
