To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期跟幾個老友出來聚舊,去咗喜滿樓食懷舊菜。好多人將喜滿樓同金碧比較,其實各有千秋,我就鍾意呢度多啲,呢度環境夠晒街坊風格,食得唔拘𧫴。菜式選擇超多過百款,價錢大眾化,仲有好多創新菜式,適合各年齡層食家。當日㸃左幾款懷舊菜:龍皇杏汁白肺湯丶風沙雞和芝麻雞各半隻、荷葉蒸膏蟹臘味炒飯、啫啫大鱔煲、避風塘鮮魷、蝦多士、焗魚腸等。菜式有新意,味道一流,夠鑊氣夠風味。招牌菜首選是芝麻雞,芝麻雞勝在芝麻夠脆夠香,風沙雞勝在夠蒜香,皮薄肉質鮮嫩有雞味,有層次口感。蝦多士更是一絕,真材實料。老友們個個食得高興,夠哂和味。
