蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇 $48/隻

第二道嘅蟶子皇,隻隻都超過半呎長,鋪滿蒜蓉、粉絲、蔥花,熱辣辣嘅蟶子皇入口爽彈鮮甜,肉質肥美,盡吸蒜香滋味,少少蔥花帶點清新,最後,粉絲自然都唔可以錯過啦。

黑松露波菜汁蟹鉗 $68/位

對比上次食改進咗喎,雖然今次唔喺一整片黑松露刨出嚟放面咁矜貴,而喺細碎跟波菜汁打成一片,但整體效果更好。汁底有濃郁波菜味,又帶點兒黑松露香,雖然叫汁,查實可以當湯飲。至於蟹鉗比上次做得更好,味道鮮甜,肉質挺身,啖啖肉真好味

一個個蟹蓋焗得金黃帶半點焦燶,香氣彌漫,真喺「撒路溪錢」引死人。咪睇個蟹蓋唔喺好大,其實好足料,滔一羹入口,大概有蟹肉、蘑菇、洋蔥……等等,綿柔得嚟有咬口,底下更有唔少蟹膏,味道豐腴,鹹香細膩,實在回味

蟹肉燕窩羹 $108/位

蟹肉燕窩羹可不便宜,但真材實料,都值得一試,以肉碎、蟹肉、蛋白及高湯做成嘅湯羹本身已鮮味十足,濃淡恰到好處,再加上養顏燕窩,自不然更合女生享用,小弟依啲粗人,要少啲燕窩又何妨!

卒之輪到將軍令上場,同樣以位上,不愧為招牌,水準不變,蟹鉗質感鮮甜爽彈,蝦膠打得好應記一功,鋪得滿滿嘅炸金蒜,香脆帶幾分辣勁,惹味非常,難得繼續以親民價會大眾

椒鹽雙拼 $98

上次嚟店長已介紹過,蟹、瀨尿蝦及椒鹽雙拼都喺鎮店三寶,雙拼分別喺九肚魚同鮮魷,脆漿拉得夠薄,前者嫩滑,後者軟腍,椒鹽味唔算好重,反而蒜香多咗啲,最好用嚟佐酒應該無乜人異議啩。

喜記正宗炒辣蟹 $360

之前幾道蟹菜故然可以食得斯文啲,不過,唔郁手郁腳食番個避風塘炒蟹又好似若有所失。單望對巨鉗已覺得好有睇頭,被大量金蒜籠罩,霸氣十足,蟹肉緊緻挺實,鮮甜惹味,金蒜嘅甘香無冚過晒蟹鮮,只喺拆蟹確喺麻煩啲。

連時蔬嘅菜式亦加入「蟹」嘅元素,會唔會太大貪呢?清灼莧菜,再加上大量蟹粉,絕對比起上一次嘅濃湯雲耳鮮茄田園蔬菜嚟得有點豪氣。莧菜清嫩,夾雜蟹粉,無疑添多幾重濃鮮蟹味。

甜品中以奶皇流沙包喺店家自信嘅招牌,上次食過,真喺做得綿溜富奶香,包身又鬆軟,不過,今次再食雖然流沙包熱辣辣,搣開個包熱氣騰騰,但奶皇餡無上次流得咁澎湃,幸好仍然綿密清香。
