難得區內又有新啡店,一定要試。前菜要咗虎蝦凱撒沙律。之前餐牌寫手造意粉,今日冇… 但我唔鍾意三文魚又唔想食安格斯牛,都係食佢個carbonara。沙律醬撈得幾均勻,麵包粒帶濃牛油香味,煙肉有啲燶但幾脆。Carbonara並非正宗只用雞蛋黃芝士黑椒做醬底,仲加咗忌廉洋蔥香草,但味道合格有餘,醬汁濃稠掛於每條麵條上,麵條又夠彈身,欲罷不能。餐飲有black coffee或Pukka花茶,啡底用Yirgacheffe豆,加$20有奶啡。同啡師傾偈得知off menu有piccolo,我就要咗。Piccolo即迷你版caffe latte,咖啡同奶嘅比例係1:3,飲落順滑帶適度果酸味,Yirgacheffe豆嘅after taste有強烈嘅橙橘味😋同啡師傾開偈,佢有Spanish Bon Bon Espresso,用house blend豆,仍以Yirgacheffe做主混入Brazil。先飲面一啖,圓潤順滑帶花果香,然後拌勻底層嘅煉奶-口感變得更豐富厚滑,煉奶極甜但剛好平衡了酸度,口感極幼滑,非常特別。原本有Romano Espresso,啡師坦言未調好豆,我亦表示reserve for t
