好耐之前嚟過食下午茶,見而家晚飯做埋慢煮,所以今晚又走過嚟試吓雜菜湯好豐富嘅湯,除咗好多雜菜之外,仲有螺絲粉,食晒成個都有啲飽飽哋Slow-cook chicken fillet ($118)用個木盤上菜非常特別,肉質嫩滑多汁,雖然我唔食雞皮好耐,但個皮真係好香脆,忍唔住真係要食!仲有淡淡嘅香草味,非常出色!Slow-cook Iberico Pork Loin ($168)連骨嘅黑毛豬豬扒真係要趁熱食,豬肉肥瘦適中肉質軟稔,厚身又juicy。由於夾雜咗少許肥膏嘅關係,特別香口!Butterfly pea flower tea蝶豆花茶,加咗檸檬汁之後就變咗紫色,味道冇乜特別,但總算透心涼,呃like一流Strawberry delight用新鮮士多啤梨、橙汁、青檸汁及梳打整成,整體以橙汁味道最重,啱晒我呢啲鍾意橙汁嘅人!喺中環以咁嘅價錢食到呢個質素嘅慢煮晚餐,的確好抵食!
