同朋友嚟到觀塘嘅中餐廳,一入到嚟見到公雞碗已經覺得好有香港味道首先叫咗佢呢度招牌嘅雞,揀咗例牌嘅烏龍茶香雞一聞落去好香嘅煙燻味道,食落果然有烏龍茶香,仲有陣好神奇嘅茶薰香味雞肉嫩滑可口,新鮮雞整出嚟嘅雞肉雪白椰子雞湯係原個椰皇煲嘅,原盅嘅燉湯好足料,就咁望落有雞,椰肉,紅棗啲椰肉一睇就知係椰皇刮出嚟,仔細睇仲有幾粒元貝啖湯嘅味道好甜,有元貝嘅鮮味,又有椰子雞嘅清香之後叫咗個菜,腐乳炒通菜,份量超多,夠4個人食佢呢度啲小菜全部都係用一個外表係竹筒,實際係鐵鍋嘅盤去裝,所以真係keep住熱辣辣「煎黃飯煲」用咗好香嘅黃薑粉落去個飯,加買椰菜,蘿蔔絲,炒蛋絲一齊撈勻店員介紹食法,話如果喜歡食飯焦可以等多陣,等鍋嘅熱力繼續煎下個飯先,我諗呢個就係佢名嘅由來飯焦好香脆,脆得嚟唔會硬,夾埋啲配料用一啲軟熟嘅飯一齊食,口感豐富好好食菠蘿生炒骨係香港茶餐廳名菜,排骨肉先炸,再配上酸甜嘅醬汁,開胃惹味
