近期經常在大埔,聽聞依間點心係由酒店師傅主理,精緻美味,固繞路過來一試,到場時門口未有排隊,加上一個人超快入坐,數分鐘後職員才遞上一張QR code嘅自助點餐紙,我叫左山竹牛肉 , 味道可以嘅因為用山竹包住牛肉,所以味道被鎖住,一咬開,一陣牛味衝上來,讚花膠魚肚先雞札 ,ar..只可以話(原汁原味)⋯⋯香菇燒賣皇 , 足料之外就係(原汁原味)最後係上湯金魚餃 ,依個應該屬於招牌菜,做型就可以嘅, 只係我對金魚應該飽過頭,肥仔咗,鮮味好食,對得起 招牌菜 依個名號 基本上企堂姐姐ok 嘅,冇之前啲師兄話冇禮貌,但係嘢食啲味道就真係偏淡,就不是我杯喺茶。戴返頭盔先,我覺得好唔好食≠你覺得好唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。
