To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬鞍山韓樂都開咗一排,今日先黎食,試吓個早餐先,因為時間尚早冇人排隊,入去坐低之後用近年好多店舖都用嘅QR code落單,所以店員比較少,可能有啲外地人唔識用QR code落單,所以覺得冇人招呼。好講返今日嘅講乜嘢早餐,我叫咗一個煎雞扒煙肉,菠菜炒滑蛋,茄汁豆,配英式多士 +我一向叫開嘅凍齋啡走甜。雞扒~有啲煎過龍嘅情況,即係個底煎到乾咗硬掘掘。煙肉~正常。菠菜炒滑蛋~其實cut左個滑字會貼近現實,一啲都唔滑,係煎蛋。配菜脆肉瓜~佢路過架啫,冇乜調味。英式多士~真心我睇唔到點英式法?不過好味嘅有蜜糖味,係整個早餐唯一可取。茄汁豆~其實間間都係罐頭㗎喇⋯但係唔知點解佢有陣腥味⋯👅我有試架⋯⋯兩粒咁多。凍齋啡走甜~基本上係凍黑水。後話~其實今朝早餐,唔見有先前有人話服務不佳嘅情況,個姨姨仲好努力,佢啲嘢食你可以當係普通嘅茶餐廳仲係好普通嗰隻,講真$52會有更好嘅選擇,其實餐牌唔好加埋咁多啲形容詞落去,咁樣會更貼近事實,個客少啲幻想就少啲對食物投訴。戴返頭盔先,我覺得唔好食≠你覺得唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。

後話~其實今朝早餐,唔見有先前有人話服務不佳嘅情況,個姨姨仲好努力,佢啲嘢食你可以當係普通嘅茶餐廳仲係好普通嗰隻,講真$52會有更好嘅選擇,其實餐牌唔好加埋咁多啲形容詞落去,咁樣會更貼近事實,個客少啲幻想就少啲對食物投訴。
