To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去普慶都超級開心，也十分擔心。開心是有很多好味道的食物，擔心就是食唔到咁多，要會肥。今次三人行，我一早到，坐住等大家。又忙食嘢，又忙談天，真心唔夠時間。今次主打海鮮，朋友說得對，冇可能咩都食到，嚟多幾次，每次主打幾嗰種類，你就可以滿足。海鮮盤內：龍蝦鉗超大隻，仲要俾了三大隻，我認開鉗能力弱，手又唔夠力，要花較多時間麵包蟹超鮮甜，呢樣好d，有蟹膏食，唔駛開，用匙羹就食到，懶人之選。海蝦，青口都好味。sorry唔愛小龍蝦，所以冇食。忘了影特飲：鮮雜果涼粉，蓮子特飲都超好味。老人家就可以飲檸檬薑菜，要咩有咩，再book下次食其他嘢
