To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日有急事突發要入大圍，搞掂既時間已經係中午十二點幾，全朝未食過野真係超餓。見到路邊有間麵館就衝入去，諗住快快食完就算。內裡一般茶記格局，好污糟，好嘈。算，嗱嗱聲食完就閃。鮮蝦雲呑併豬肉丸麵。先講湯底，怪怪的，只能說好過滾水，小小咸，食唔出乜湯底，更不要期望有乜鮮味可言。麵，還可以，鹼水味不算太重，軟硬度亦適中，不過份量偏小，大約食到5撮。雲呑，好細粒，蝦亦不出色，但起碼正常食到落肚，而且皮薄。豬肉丸，正常冰鮮野，無驚亦無喜。$30一碗，正常質素。不過周圍環境都好污糟，而且啲阿姐態度亦有需要改善

鮮蝦雲呑併豬肉丸麵。
先講湯底，怪怪的，只能說好過滾水，小小咸，食唔出乜湯底，更不要期望有乜鮮味可言。

麵，還可以，鹼水味不算太重，軟硬度亦適中，不過份量偏小，大約食到5撮。

雲呑，好細粒，蝦亦不出色，但起碼正常食到落肚，而且皮薄。

豬肉丸，正常冰鮮野，無驚亦無喜。
