To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 想搵平價望海景既餐廳，牛角(尖沙咀分店)就岩晒你啦不過提提大家可以望到海景位既座位唔多嫁要留意番星期日經過尖沙咀就決定係海港城食午餐，由於好耐冇食燒肉就揀左牛角仲好好彩比左個海景位我地，雖然因為係中午落左簾但隱隱約約都見到海景如果晚上黎食一路望住海景一路食燒肉就係好嘆我地叫左假日限定—A餐「牛肋肉四品燒肉盛合」同B餐「牛角嚴選六品燒肉盛合」每個套餐都包括迷你沙律、昆布湯、燒物、飯、飲料燒物有:秋葵、牛油金菇、牛油本菇、牛油帶子同埋石斑魚飯有:牛角飯、香蔥溫泉玉子飯、白飯每樣都係自選其中一款我喜歡尖沙咀既牛角飯有埋溫泉蛋，如果牛角Buffet就沒有溫泉蛋的A餐「牛肋肉四品燒肉盛合」牛肋肉肉質睇落去好好靚牛肋肉唔會太薄食落去仲有油脂滋出來好滿足B餐「牛角嚴選六品燒肉盛合」依個餐可以食到不同部位:豬頸肉、豚肉、雞腿肉、牛舌、肩脊肉、牛舌腸一個套餐可以滿足我多個願望總結:我覺得假日黎講依個價錢都不算貴加上牛角肉質我認為一直都保持水準個人覺得牛角既午市套餐抵食!!
