To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地6 個人叫左10碟點心、5個小食、蜜汁叉燒蝦腰炒飯，埋單都系168/人，好抵食。食物選擇非常之多，懷舊小食鹵水豬仔腳好少地方有，同事見到即點，煮得超級入味，肉質爽脆Q彈。另外比較特別嘅系石鍋煎腸粉，石鍋飯就見得多，石鍋腸粉都系第一次見，先用XO醬煎腸粉，再放入石鍋，保持溫度，腸粉表皮有少許脆。黑松露鳳眼餃都系比較少見嘅點心，煙韌嘅粉皮包住彈牙嘅蝦肉，落咗少少黑松露提升鮮味，望落去真系好似一隻鳳眼咁樣。另外我比較鐘意嘅系脆脆龍魷須同埋杞子雪耳小籠包。脆脆龍魷須非常香口，落咗粉漿炸，龍魷須有嚼勁。杞子雪耳小籠包唔太食到杞子雪耳，小籠包一咬就爆湯，食嘅時候要好小心，喺酒樓黎講算係好好食。
