To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嘆個遲到早餐

在柴灣返工，經常食快餐店早餐，但食得多都想轉下口味，原本諗住去食個有侍應招呼，而且時間鬆裕可以慢慢嘆個早餐，點知這間餐廳只有一個見習侍應，又要忙落單，又要收銀及派餐，不過既來之則安之，之後就後悔了，我叫咗A1早餐，湯通粉加煎蛋，腸仔及餐肉，多士，點知先上煎蛋多士等，湯通粉遲遲未到，即使廚房出來幫忙都搞唔掂，催咗三次至攞到嚟，但要趕住返工，換來狼吞虎嚥，一肚氣，另外有兩個員工8:30才陸續返工，在最繁忙時段只有一個見習員工在撐場，三哥係如何管理的？
