To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六日,難得可以訓到晏一晏,訓到十二點一點先起身。起得身已經過哂早餐既時間,但係又突然想食茶記早餐。咁岩有事黎粉嶺呢邊,就記得好似冇宜家市區開到周圍都係主打常餐、叉燒滑蛋飯既冰室類茶餐廳。誰不知朋友話我知近幾年聯和墟都開左唔少新餐廳,其中就有呢個冰室,而且佢既常餐並唔係跟方包而係跟迷你菠蘿油。身為菠蘿油既愛好者,仲咁岩想食常餐,呢個match簡直係perfect。冰室因為都算新開,乾淨企理,不過位唔算多。一坐低就唔洗諗啦,常餐沙嗲牛肉加$3轉出丁。麵,火腿炒蛋同餐飲都係正正常常既味道,而轉左出前一丁,佢會俾埋包麻油你。迷你菠蘿油,雖然細細隻但都唔影響佢菠蘿包加上雪凍左厚牛油雙重既口感同滋味。而且可能菠蘿油比較新鮮,熱辣辣加埋塊牛油,再令常餐加番個與別不同既地方。岩哂想間中放肆下又唔想食太多既人。少食多滋味。

冰室因為都算新開,乾淨企理,不過位唔算多。

一坐低就唔洗諗啦,常餐沙嗲牛肉加$3轉出丁。
