Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最後的添馬艦嘉年華，從前不會去的，今年也要來來感受氣氛，要在金鐘找點平價餐廳也不易，畢竟中學時代也是金鐘地膽。花旗銀行大廈箇間can‧teen素來都啎錯；海富這間也試過一、兩次，也沒有差池，所以今次揀了這裡。對上一次來已經數年前，因其不做晚市，只能點下午茶餐，要了一客餃子及雞絲炒河。炒河即叫即做，不過鹽沒有撈勻，點鹹點淡，一個很大的敗筆。餃子想不到$15也得三隻，也算了！完全不習慣蘸浙醋食，白醋也可、豉油也可，但紅醋就太過重酸味。臨打烊沒有甚麼可賣，選擇十分之少。
