餐廳不是位於酒店裏面,是在酒店外圍特地而來是為了嘗試他們出名的風乾牛扒Dry-aged L-bone steak 500g 🥩 叫左5成熟,上枱好香好重牛味配上紫薯蓉及薯仔🥔等配菜切開真係見到粉紅色的肉質😍😍Dry Aged 比我地平常食開的牛扒味道會比較濃一點因為熟成方法就是讓牛肉直接在空氣中以0至6℃,濕度約60至80%的恒溫恒濕的狀態下進行熟成在風乾櫃裏,牛肉會失去多餘水分而牛肉的肉汁會因為水分的流失而濃縮在既有的牛肉裏令牛肉自然軟化並大大提高嫩口質感👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Gilled Octopus 🐙 salad with Red Paprika salsa and fruits 沙律菜好新鮮好豐富有番茄同香橙等配料👍🏻👍🏻八爪魚肉質彈牙有口感Homemade Tagliatelle with House Dry-aged Beef Bolognese Sauce 手工製的寛意大利麵配上Dry-aged 牛肉肉醬肉醬比例都偏多,醬汁唔會太濃或者太淡😎😎
