To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蒜香法國田雞腿(共8件):外脆內軟,非常好之口感!適中的蒜香味道不會蓋過田雞的味道,推介食品之一!

陳皮香菇煎牛肉餅:香濃的陳皮味,不錯

主食
北京片皮鴨:仔細的刀工片到又薄又脆的皮,配以軟綿綿包皮,食落去唔會有油膩感,加埋配菜更能帶出鴨的味道!
