To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我覺得我都幾有資格講 "我愛茶餐廳" 呢句說話! 因為我真係好多餐都係茶餐廳入面渡過的今次食呢間, 都可以話係一間茶餐廳嚟, 因為佢唔係只係賣魚旦粉, 而係賣埋茶餐廳會賣的所有食物! 見肚餓, 就入去食, 有一個係沙爹牛肉包餐, 有個牛肉包加杯飲品, 個沙爹牛肉包本來都幾好食, 因為個沙爹汁好野味, 牛肉索哂沙爹汁, 好正, 但係最可惡係沙爹牛肉係"凍"的, 令到本來好食的都變成唔好食 點解唔可以坐暖d 牛肉呢, 都唔係好難啫凍檸茶不過不失, 唔算太好飲, ok啦, 但係覺得個包認真d 整會係一個美食, 嘥左..
