To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都一段時間無食過“翡翠拉麵小籠包”了,今午就去試吓啦!裝修後感覺上因加多咗枱嘅數目,所以有d逼夾,落單後店員話食物要等15至20分鐘,我哋都乖乖咁等~ 但一等就係半個鐘,叫店員幫忙跟進一下,竟然聽到廚房有人叫岀嚟,話食物已做好咗一陣,你哋無攞岀去吱嘛⋯⋯😤“手抓餅”食落表面酥脆但頗油同糊口👎🏼,“上海炒年糕”味道尚可,但年糕一d都唔煙韌👎🏼,另外最後就係(唔記得菜色名)嘅“肉絲配薄餅”,肉絲可能落得太多鬆肉粉,所以肉質食落有d怪,薄餅可能放咗段時間至攞岀嚟,5片都好乾導致一放肉絲上去包嚟嘅時候全裂開,搞到一手都係醬汁👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼。除咗等食物耐之外,一坐落隔離枱已好勞氣咁同d店員講,叫咗你哋幾次埋單都無人嚟,我心諗唔通連埋單都要等,原來係真㗎,要叫幾次至有人攞張單埋嚟㗎😤😤!
