早2日有朋友 post 咗張醬蟹相, 搞到我心思思, 今日上網睇吓見到荃灣有炑八, 即刻打黎訂位試吓, 黎到見到好多花牌, 原來係啱啱開張第3日, 唔係好多人知道, 所以唔係太多人, 地方都仲好乾淨。 一坐低就上咗2碟前菜、生菜、沙律、仲喺個燒烤鍋度加咗粟米芝士、泡菜蛋漿。 除咗沙律之外, 其他嘢都可以無限添加, 又幾好喎。喺 openrice 見到有醬油蟹優惠劵, 原價$198, 打印優惠劵只需要 $128, 梗係要食啦, 一坐低就叫咗一碟, 醃得好入味, 啲蟹肉好嫩滑, 不過可惜得一隻, 唔夠喉! 霜降牛小排, 薄薄8塊要$190, 有啲啲貴海鮮煎蔥餅, 無乜味道, 我覺得麻麻地石頭鍋飯(豬肉), 味道唔錯, 料亦唔少一向都好鍾意食生牛肉, 唔係間間韓式食店有, 見到呢度有, 梗係叫黎試吓啦, 啲生牛肉, 加上雪梨同青瓜, 好鮮甜、清爽。生梅頭肉都幾大件吓, 肉質都好林薄切生五花腩, 個樣好似煙肉, 都幾肥吓, 好邪惡呀牛舌好有牛味(牛有牛味, 哈哈!), 好林牛胸肉好好味實在太飽, 無機會食甜味。可能因為新開張, 點菜既時候啲服務員唔係好熟, 不過服務態度好好。
