話說台灣留學嘅姨仔反黎香港過中秋,女皇爸爸就call齊人馬去食好西,今次嘅目標係位於太子嘅蝦棧,餐廳主打台灣菜(無計女生外向,姨仔反黎幾日就話掛住台灣味)。外貌看似cafe,餐廳面積唔算太大,7:30入座,人客都已坐滿9成。食物方向,當然要點招牌大頭蝦,有幾種煮法,我們就點左胡椒蝦同奶油蝦,前者胡椒味濃郁,但並没有影響蝦肉本身嘅鮮味,而後者就奶油味牛油嘅酥香淡奶嘅creamy都做得唔錯,如果再咸多少少會更合我口味。醉雞卷同平時食到嘅醉雞最大分別就係可以啖啖肉,外圍一層薄皮唔太肥膩,岩晒女皇媽媽。黑麻油雞---姨仔話一定要食因為十分滋補,但我同女皇都覺得雞肉偏老,未太突出麻油香味。經理推介黑白卷,外層腐竹,分別包住白色嘅墨魚膠同泹左墨汁嘅黑墨魚膠,倆者味道分差不大,腐竹炸得相當香脆,而內裏墨魚膠都新鮮彈牙,真係好餘值得一試。樹子冰菜,略為過火最後絶不能錯過嘅甜品雪巴同雪糕南瓜同菠蘿都各有千秋,唔會太甜,淡淡果香,消膩好選擇
