今日係灣仔行街等過馬路時,見到呢間店門囗招牌幾搶鏡,俾佢吸引左想一想好耐冇食過,而且佢哋寫係用沙魚骨響螺豬骨湯底想試吓有乜唔同,於是就入左去坐低叫d嘢試吓睇餐牌除左中式粉麵飯,還有西式飯和小食三文治。本來想食碗魚蛋粉,但最終都係叫左個五香牛什和炸魚皮。炸魚皮:厚薄適中,因有d地方大厚就入囗好硬唔鬆化,有d地方就太薄,一夾就碎,呢間剛剛好,入囗鬆化爽脆,而且味道唔太鹹,越食越想食之於跟魚皮個湯原來唔係普通味精湯,而係沙魚骨響螺豬骨湯,飲落幾鮮甜唔覺味精味,飲完唔囗渴另外問過老闆,佢話所有粉麵食物都係用呢個湯底,所以大家食粉麵都可試到呢個湯。五香牛什:幾大碟,有幾多款內臟,唔係得一、兩款,有:牛肚、膀、肺、腸,樣樣都好入味好腍
