應約去美善同道食火煱,時間尚早,另外只得一枱客。其實地點都幾難揾,心想不知有無人幫襯。怎料,再晚一點,座無虛設. 餐紙同一般火煱店分別不大,一目了然,牆上貼满食物圖片,食物賣相及價格,一目了然,很是吸引.早到的鳥兒可先吃,等人期間,先吃小食. 麻辣豬耳,很爽脆,因不嗜辣,只吃幾片.豬粉腸,無試,食友話好正.唔食粉腸,因要主攻我的至愛 ~~~八味金磚內脆外滑不在講,外層的炸粉只是薄薄的,不會吃到一口粉皮,外層就好像和豆腐一體似的.豆腐本身味道很淡,要做到味香濃一點,就要靠這以七味粉為基礎調自家配的炸粉啦!(是從侍應口中得知的, 哈哈!),而且入口不覺肥膩. 好啦, 人齊啦!, 登..燈..登..櫈...開.....招牌什菌花甲蟹煱, 嘩,材料多到...除了主角蟹和花甲之外,還有粟米,很多什菌,莞茜,葱, 薑...蟹是羔蟹,可能是煲得太耐,有點實,但仍不失香味.侍應提醒要先喝蟹湯,先嚐一口,因材料多,所以味道不單一. 火煱當然少不了火煱伴侶~~~混醬啦.有紅椒, 麻辣醬,蒜蓉,碎花生,葱,莞茜,任溝. 豉油也很鮮味.肥牛拼牛頸脊, 肥牛牛脂分佈平均,入口不覺肥膩, 牛頸脊不韌.
