打邊爐係香港人嘅至愛,但係有唔少人都驚會好肥。黎橫浜街場打邊爐就啱哂喇,因為餐廳主打木桶火鍋,本身衫木有殺菌同埋消除疲勞嘅作用。而更加驚喜嘅係,最底層冇油嘅湯會通過木桶外內層中間嘅空間回流番去木桶入面,好似噴泉火鍋咁,,而且有層鵝春石隔走雜質,咁就唔洗怕飲到油膩膩嘅湯喇。我地點咗推薦嘅花膠螺頭藥膳雞鍋,材料豐富,包括新鮮雞、花膠、響螺頭、人參、杞子、紅棗等,藥膳味濃郁芳香,要飲番幾碗養生先得。雞肉嫩滑,而侍應話花膠最好等半個鐘先食,因為要等佢索哂啲湯汁先更加滋味。餐廳提供咗唔少牛肉嘅種類,今次我地試咗牛頸脊,侍應提議係涌出黎嘅湯底下淥,果然冇咁油膩,而且突出到牛肉嘅鮮甜,肉質滑口。見到有特色炸魚皮,諗住睇下有咩特別。原來係魚皮上面釀咗一層厚厚嘅墨魚肉配蝦米,即叫即炸,可以即刻食或者浸落湯底。最後仲叫咗新鮮豬頸肉,厚切,但係唔難變熟,肥瘦均勻,有口感。
