To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

  是次約了另一朋友入內晚餐,天氣悶熱,食客滿座,侍者安排至近門口的特別位。由於腸胃有些問題,故點了較清淡的北菇白飯魚滑雞生滾粥、蜆蛤炸鯪魚球、蠔油白菜仔、中式牛柳,另點了汽水。  侍者先端上熱粥,蒸氣、熱氣泡不斷。花生、蝦糠、香蔥而上,白飯魚、雞肉、北菇其中,粥呈軟綿滑。用料新鮮,而廚師沒有混入味素,只嚐到雞肉、白飯魚的清甜,值得一嚐,與友人吃得不亦樂乎;蠔油白菜,同樣美味。  其後的蜆蛤炸鯪魚球,醬料的蜆蛤較少,不過從沒有令人失望的鯪魚肉實屬出色。中式牛柳,原想伴粥而吃,提高食欲。烹調時用油不多,牛柳肉鬆軟,廚師並未多添醃肉粉。調味方面有層次,洋蔥、番茄汁、少許李派黑醋 (Worcestershire sauce)、糖等等,很美味,隨即想以白飯拌吃。  總結太子、北角兩分店,出品相約,寄語店方不被歲月而改變作風。
