To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天一嘗米之蓮餐廳的早點,叫了一個限量的五色寶盒。一上枱賣相非常吸引,而且用了名貴食材,口水流出來了!首先食蒜香星班餃,星班非常入味,充滿蒜頭香,肉質滑溜。然後是原隻鮑魚鮮蝦燒賣,這隻不是普通的燒賣,上邊有一隻鮑魚,大細剛剛好,係燒賣嘅size,配有隻鮮蝦,成個燒賣爽口彈牙,充滿了鮑魚及蝦的味道另外的玉帶松露餃,帶子好大隻,蒸左都仲好滑,仲有香濃松露味賽螃蟹餃好滑,蟹味濃郁龍蝦芙蓉餃好軟好juicy, 龍蝦味滲入了蛋白內,配合有心思
