To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟味道滿分既美食之旅

啱啱喺呢家唔俗既餐廳食晏，味道正到爆炸咁😲！首先，個意大利雜茶菜湯湯底濃郁得嚟唔會過鹹，每啖都有落肚既蔬菜，真係好滿足。再嚟就係個紅酒汁燴牛尾扁意粉，牛尾腍滑惹味，個紅酒香勁夠，啖啖肉，真係過癮！而啲扁意粉嘅煙韌度正到不得了，掛汁又好，食咗仲想多啲😋。至於老婆點既素菜千層麵，份量幾綽綽有餘，夾雜既蔬菜清新唔膩，不過要係啲瓜能夠焗得再軟熟啲就更完美。雖然傾向素食，但係呢度既薯蓉又豐富又滑溜，啖啖都係滿足感。結束咗豐富既一餐，仲要嚟杯熱辣辣既即磨咖啡，提提神，香濃得滯，真係幫襯到啱啱好👍🏻。依家滿足地坐喺度，回味住啲美食，相信唔使耐，我又會掛住呢啲滋味，跑嚟二訪喇！真心推介俾鐘意食好西嘅朋友，唔駛諗，嚟就對喇！
