To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同幾位愛好啤酒嘅朋友嚟到帝樂德國餐廳,想喺呢個德國啤酒節期間,享受一啲經典美食。餐廳嘅氛圍非常熱鬧,啤酒、美食同笑聲充滿整個空間,令人感受到濃厚嘅節日氣氛。我哋試咗幾款節日精選,德國圖林根豬肉腸配焦糖蘋果同酸椰菜,豬肉腸嘅口感十分扎實,嚼落去非常滿足。焦糖蘋果帶來嘅甜味,亦為豬肉腸增添咗一絲清新,酸椰菜平衡咗整體味道,食得唔會太膩,搭配非常好。德式薯餅係將薯仔刨絲,磋成餅形煎熟,薯餅外脆內軟,口感相當好,而帶子、蝦、青口配蜆肉洋葱忌廉汁,海鮮嘅鮮味十分突出,特別係帶子同蝦,味道鮮美。其他菜色口感味道也好好,不但保留咗德國傳統風味,仲加入咗一啲創新元素,令人有新鮮感。店員亦非常友善好客,下次要試埋佢地既餅房,聽說蛋糕也是一絕。
