6月份收到呢間公司o既電郵,邀請7月到佢o地新開o既呢間分店試食,但由於我唔想試食前預先被佢o地知道而整得更好食畀我,令我要寫好評,於是提議我食完後,以電郵作憑證(之前幾間試食我都係咁樣做.)點知佢o地攪個大型試食會,所以我唔參加.到月頭,店方又send e-mail畀我,話憑我o既電話號碼加佢畀o既密碼,o係9號至13號任何一日,任何時段(至少早一日訂枱),會獲得$300.00 coupon試食,食多過呢個數目,就要自付,少過就冇找贖.而去到入座時,要先同店員講o左先(咁咪同上面講o既試食一樣?),於是我又回覆提議可唔可以食完至講?店方堅決話唔得.好,既然你咁堅持,我遵守你o既遊戲規則,不過,味道同服務分我都會減0.5分.最後我book o左尋晚(13-9-2013 Fri)同男友o黎食,當然book枱時我未講係試食.我o地o黎到時係7:05pm左右,都唔係好多人,女侍應畀o左一張靠牆o既四一枱我o地,坐低放好晒o野同畀埋一壺茶之後,我就同佢講我係試食,然後佢都問我o既電話號碼同密碼.攪掂後就睇menu點菜,好不容易下,我o地點o左:1. $42.00o既牛汁湯麵估唔到係第一個o黎,

估唔到係第一個o黎,重連埋相中下方o既雪菜同上,而睇到湯o既顏色好深.食吓雪菜先,我已經唔係食貼到辣椒o個部份,但都依然係辣,所以我都冇再食,亦冇加入碗麵o度.

好,食麵喇,麵o既份量係一人兩撮o度,再細心睇,睇到都有落辣椒油,食喇!麵質爽口帶少少蛋同麵粉味,而啖湯呢,味道係好濃郁,好似到我真係想飲晒佢,而佢o既辣度唔係好高,幾o岩我胃口,所以我覺得好好食,亦食到唔停口,男友都大讚呢個好味.

呢個係男友點o既,都唔明點解佢會揀呢個咁普通o既o野,由於到o黎時,我o地重係食o緊牛汁湯麵,冇耐就下一個蟹黃小籠包就到o黎,由於小籠包唔可以攤太耐,之後啲熱食又陸續送到,所以呢個要遲遲至食.

開頭食o既時候,覺得麻油都幾多,不過食到底就好似冇乜,或者係我食o左下面o既辣皮蛋後,食佢戒辣時食唔到吧.

講返佢o既口感,我覺得唔算好爽,青瓜絲唔甜.咁細碟同咁普通就要$52.00,好唔值喎.

食到點點o既蟹黃味,而餡料呢?我覺得加o左啲蟹肉,口感唔似只有豬肉咁咁實.

而食第二個時醮少少醋,味道都被佢蓋過喇,所以我覺得食呢個係唔使醺醋.

一睇就知o架喇,因為餡料特別深色,影完相又食快快食喇,否則頂部會乾,影響口感.咬開o黎食時,流心朱古力饀熱騰騰,

真係要小心燙口,朱古力味道濃但唔太甜,包皮明顯厚啲,感覺似食朱古力湯丸.包皮點解要厚啲?估計係驚佢會穿,流晒呢啲饀出o黎.

呢個同熔岩小籠包,尖椒皮蛋一齊到,但我o地要留到最後食.

先唔好講味道,根據食家糖小妹o係呢篇食評http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2303303&tc=sr2&con=rvw形容’內裡藏少許紅豆蓉’’,我以為真係好少所以點,點知其實不太少.

幸好我請傳菜留低呢個蒸籠蓋畀我冚住,否則連微暖都冇.呢個食落,白色o既鬆糕味道淡淡的,口感似周街都買到o既雲片糕,只係略為鬆少少,而甜就唔係好甜,要o趙o趙吓至食到米o既甜味,砷上o既赤豆係大粒但唔夠腍,中間o既紅豆蓉其實幾厚,幸好甜度適中.

一睇個名就知道係辣,兩隻切開四件o既皮蛋,圍住中間超多o既花生碎,蒜蓉,辣椒同蔥粒,淨食時都已經食到辣味,但皮蛋味欠奉.

當撈埋中間o個啲o野食,辣度當然會增加,但拌埋蒜蓉食就好食啲,味道冇咁單薄,係幾特別o既.

味道: 3.5分

芋泥顏色好淺,咁大家都應該知道中招,唔甜之餘芋頭味亦唔多夠,只可以話芋頭做得幾軟滑.皮就同熔岩小籠包一樣啦.

咬落去後,覺得個皮又好似唔同上面兩隻甜食小籠包咁,佢會黐到好薄,似北方水餃皮咁.

而豆沙餡甜度適中,冇乜問題.

男友話呢餐我o地被甜品塞飽,冇法啦,想試新奇o野嘛.

環境:
一入到去至坐低,都已經嗅到酸醋味.
座位闊落,但一路食,食到最後,覺得冷氣唔多夠.

衛生:
原本張枱同地下都好乾淨,但食食吓就有啲蚊滋飛o黎飛去,開o左都只係1,2個月,睇o黎佢o地要攪攪佢.

服務:
上菜速度超快,熱騰騰o既小龍包一籠接一籠,甚至係幾兩籠一齊o黎到,根本食唔切,唯有上到最後o個轉時,叫傳菜o既留返個蒸籠蓋畀我,冚住佢唔好吹凍晒.

抵食:
開得o係呢o度又攪咁多promote,預o左份量唔多.
而成張單o既銀碼係$347.50,同樣雖然係試食,我仍會以正價畀分.

其他:
其實呢o度重有金牌小籠包,牛肉小籠包,翡翠瑤柱小籠包同香辣小籠包.
呢晚我遇上另外兩枱同樣應邀試食o既食客.
