To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環一帶小店林立,既有傳統百年老店、古董店、雜貨店,亦有文青打卡咖啡店,週末最啱約埋三五知己嚟尋找傳統文化嘅味道🧐差館上街有一間紅色好搶眼嘅店舖「囍八方」,初頭以為係售賣中式婚嫁用品,走近望原來係餃子麵館。🥟老闆係上海人,對家鄉美食念念不忘,喺香港一直搵唔到滿意嘅正宗滬菜,所以把心一橫自己開店,嚴選優質食材,堅持每日用新鮮食材即包即賣,100%無添加味精。今日嚟試「自家製豬軟骨鮮蝦菠菜餃米線配麻辣雲耳青瓜、鹵水蛋、樽仔奶茶」🍜前菜雲耳同青瓜,爽口彈牙,麻辣醒胃,米線湯底就用鮮魚熬製8小時而成,吸收魚肉精華,飲落鮮甜,仲有豐富營養同美顏效果。手工製作嘅餃子🥟,餃子皮厚度恰到好處,皮薄煙韌。豬肉菠菜同蝦肉餡料豐富,新鮮熱辣。而豬軟骨口感鬆軟,燜得非常入味軟腍。飲埋樽仔奶茶,茶味香濃,口感順滑細膩,甜甜地凍冰冰,兩三下就飲咗半樽。👍🏻🐻評分:🐻🐻🐻🐻4.5/5
