To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係神級好味道,本身因爲要湊數600蚊用coupon,無特別期待過甜品,但食落勁有驚喜
係個燉蛋上面鋪上薄薄一層香蕉,你會聞到微微既香蕉天然甜味,侍應會即時倒糖漿,然後用火槍點火🍮(要打卡既伙伴們相機請先ready),然後就形成左薄焦糖面,呢個moment就可以起動啦!
食到一半我地先落個咖啡(唔苦澀的),好完美地中和左焦糖燉蛋既甜膩,nice

講左咁多,其實都有兩個細微位好伏:
1. 我地嗌左3個set,跟餐有湯送,本身一黎個湯既時候見到有菠菜蓉,心諗應該唔錯啦菠菜忌廉雞湯,點知一飲落——完全無味,再加胡椒,都係無味,直接放棄;最慘係一入黎餐廳第一樣上既就係個湯,個觀感仲要好似臭涕咁😭😭



2. 凍奶茶:錯就錯在我忘記左西餐通常係用breakfast tea做茶底,加埋奶同糖水後,完全係一杯奶水🤧🤧無茶味!



不過整體黎講,食物質素平均係高既,用埋coupon係性價比高之選,應該都再會同朋友黎食🥙
