To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一段時間冇去過時代,今日嚟到見到有超抵鐵皮餐,只係五四五十蚊就有得食塊扒,可以揀飯意粉或者薯條做底。我哋分別食左一份蒜蓉汁雞扒意粉同一份肥牛飯加法蘭克福。加野飲都係加幾蚊鐵板上到嚟,雞扒有兩大塊夠厚肉,用鐵板上淋汁時既滋滋聲大增胃口,冰室都好貼心有一條紙圈檔住彈出嚟既油煙肥牛飯就好似pepperlunch嗰種咁,超惹味好邪惡呀用鐵皮上除左有淋汁既興奮,另一風味就係意粉同飯會焦焦地,好有咬口,塊板好夠熱,所以啲飯焦同意粉焦都好正如果咁大份都唔夠飽,仲可以加唔同既餸例如上面我哋加左既腸,超長,但留意係法腸唔係司華力腸,亦都可以加餐有湯同餐包等等呢餐好滿足💛
