To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

秋日的節奏，天氣乍暖還寒，午後陽光普照，微風輕輕吹。看到喜愛的米線店，不用排隊，輕鬆直入。吃碗米線，最愛涼拌米線，從上桌、入口時、放一會後，碗中物的溫度變化不會很大，確是，最適合的溫度。熱湯米線種類也豐富，經典港式、重慶麻辣、小鍋米線蟲草雞湯、倉魚、黃花魚湯，辣味、鮮味各有特色。照舊點了涼拌米線，中小辣。自選了兩餸，墨魚丸、雞絲。辣醬靠邊放，方便拌勻。雪菜、酸菜、花生，鹹香口感更提味，增加整碗拌米線的口感。米線的質感一致彈牙，軟熟度剛剛好，份量很足夠。單點了一份小食炸雞翼，四隻雞翼炸得金黃，配上甜酸醬更惹味。
