以四季食物配搭不同啤酒的 food pairing,在深水埗的 “桂月” 內可以一次過體驗到。桂月聯乘了亞洲首間以茶葉釀酒為主的手工啤酒 “大圍啤”,推出了四款 food pairing,這次我和朋友們試了三款:- 夏天:鐵觀音沖繩青檸Tea Ale X 法式桂花鴨胸 - 秋天:日本煎茶蜜柑Saison X 牛油果沙律- 冬天:銀針白毫薑味Session Ale X 法式奶油燉雞三款當中我特別喜歡夏天的配搭,鐵觀音的甘澀與青檸的爽快擴大了味道的闊度,加上桂花鴨胸的氛香,整個配搭清徹通透,吃下去彷彿馬上與身體合而為一,舒服又好吃
