吃下午茶是英式料理的經典體驗,找個優雅地方坐坐,吃著鬆餅加果醬配美茶,絕對是一項享受英國人累積了幾世紀的傳統。對上一次來「四季酒店」吃下午茶也有好一段日子,難忘那杯「貓屎咖啡」,店的出品我也是非常讚賞。由以前「The Lounge」變成現在的「Gallery」,裝修環境更優雅,紅色沙發配襯白色擺設,貴氣得來不失stylish:這次的下午茶加入了不少花、水果及中式元素,來形造清新的感覺。先挑選飲品,「Omoresando Koffee」點了我喜愛的熱濃咖啡,用來配襯稍後的甜點:侍應另外推介「Rain Flower Tea 南京雨花茶」沒有選英國茶,即管品嚐這個被推介的中式花茶:這裏的花茶都有標示每個圍度的分數,此綠茶清,且帶少許蜜瓜的香,相當好喝啊,用來搭配下午茶的點心很不俗:二層食物架上埸,第一層是甜點,底層是鹹點,先由底層食起。Savoury「French Cheese Pie and Quince Jam 法國木梨醬芝士批」「Beetroot Tart with Pistachio and Hibiscus Jelly 紅菜頭撻伴開心果及洛神花啫喱」,這個相當有驚喜!以開心果做主角
