四川菜的麻辣真係會令人食上癮,間唔中諗起都會想去食下。今晚約左朋友到銅鑼灣的川府宴試一試,因為朋友食過覺得唔錯。由於時間唔多,就算見到隔離枱好多人打邊爐香噴噴,我地都係叫小菜算了睇餐牌見到有冰菜沙律,之前又係同呢個朋友去上海食過一次冰菜,覺得好特別又美味,超市街市都好少發現,出面好多舖頭都無呢個菜,難得見到,梗係即刻點啦。冰菜菜面有好多水珠,就好似鑽石咁閃閃發亮,只需要簡單咁用麻醬調拌,非常清爽好吃雞絲粉皮呢味野係我食上海野必叫的,比起其他餐廳,佢呢度加了大量的雞絲,青瓜絲,同樣拌以麻醬同吃,又係簡單又好味的一款小食紅油抄手雲吞皮皮薄,份量十足, 咪睇佢好似比辣油浸住,但其實一啲都唔辣的泡椒安格斯牛柳牛柳肉味香濃,紫洋蔥吸收了牛肉的肉汁,亦沾了泡椒的辣味,十分刺激又惹味,令人忍唔住一口接一口
