今晚朋友提議食川菜,即刻Openrice睇下旺角有咩特式川菜先。其實選擇都不多,但朋友說她的朋友食過呢間覺得唔錯咪決定食老川皇囉。一開始先黎一盆水煮魚,份量十足,滿佈花椒。生魚有骨就一定架啦,但呢間就可以煮到啲魚又滑又香,仲要完全無腥味。同埋入面有啲芽菜,勁爽脆新鮮,咬落去卜卜趕。魚片塊塊大大塊,完全無偷工減料。我地就叫左小辣,真係小辣,唔太嗜辣既朋友一定食到!口水雞就叫左半隻,隻雞超肥而且又入味,又帶有少少麻。同埋我估唔到半隻既份量都幾多,真係足秤。炒尖椒豬肚唔好以為尖椒咁炒法一定辣到飛起呀,其實一啲都唔辣;因為餐廳好細心咁去走哂份入面啲籽,所以淨係會食到青椒唔辣既味,同埋呢碟送一啲都唔油膩,豬肚又彈牙脆身,一啲都唔un。如果你擔心川菜太辣,呢碟小菜一定必叫,真係唔太辣,又易入口,食下一啖食下一啖就清曬成碟無難道。

炒尖椒豬肚
唔好以為尖椒咁炒法一定辣到飛起呀,其實一啲都唔辣;因為餐廳好細心咁去走哂份入面啲籽,所以淨係會食到青椒唔辣既味,同埋呢碟送一啲都唔油膩,豬肚又彈牙脆身,一啲都唔un。如果你擔心川菜太辣,呢碟小菜一定必叫,真係唔太辣,又易入口,食下一啖食下一啖就清曬成碟無難道。
