今日上朋友屋企,喺龍門居樓下見到四蚊就有嘅豆腐花好奇心下買咗兩碗。疫情之下,好多食肆出計做生意。試咗一碗薑汁冰糖豆腐花同一碗新鮮黑糖熱豆腐花。佢唔細碗,糖度適中,豆腐花熱食好食薑糖嘅薑度適中,黑糖好香每一啖入口都覺得係手工做有豆味。睇落佢係專賣豆腐花因為見到有好多唔同種類嘅豆花甜品,但佢四蚊一碗真係多勞多得冇乜點賺錢,好似凍嘅要再加一蚊。咁健康嘅港式手工甜品,如果我喺呢頭住我我會多多支持小店希望佢哋喺疫情中營運夠繼續生意興隆。
