To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當中我自己最喜歡的是蠔和蜆,煮完的蠔也不會太縮水,吃起來有點點海水的鮮味;至於蜆呢,肉質脆彈牙,配上沙爹味的吃法令味道有大排檔的風味。

如果你也點了沙爹湯底,那一定一定一定要點安格斯肥牛和牛柏業!真是太配了!安格斯肥牛油花均勻,肉味香濃,軟滑而且有咬口。牛柏葉掛汁能力無人能敵,輕輕的把它在火鍋灼過,半生把它撈起,熱騰騰的把它吃掉,幸福死了。

因為太飽了所以只追加了這些配料,比較驚喜的竟然是丸類,口感非常彈牙,不像平常吃得死死實實,是自己手打的嗎?最好吃的是爆漿魚丸,請務必要點看看。

大家也都吃得很滿意,想不到一個價錢可以吃到這麼多款式的食物,重點是用料用,不是「佳寶」的貨色(笑)。有一個小建議,招牌特濃沙爹鍋湯底真是必點,但建議鴛鴦呀,因為沙爹的味道真是太濃郁,選鴛鴦的一邊濃一邊清的剛剛好!
