To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和友人想去探索新蒲崗呢個美食地帶,決定走進mikiki, 雖然不是地鐵站附近,但是附近都有不少的巴士線。太耐不能去旅行,對於台灣的美食真係惦記得不行。第一時間必定要試一定是便當!先來一個百芳豬排便當和乾拌麵套餐(肉燥鹽酥雞乾拌麵),除了份量足,內搭粉絲、粟米、肉燥再配少量蔬菜,吃上口配上不同的配菜感覺都不同!豬排香酥炸得脆,麵粉不厚!乾拌麵肉燥鹽酥雞的配搭真的好好吃!乾拌麵的麵底不會太乾,拌起來都見到滑而不膩。小食方面選擇了炸花枝丸。飲品方面一定不少得台式飲品,芋圓奶茶和黑糖珍珠鮮奶加芋圓。芋圓煙韌軟糯,珍珠很彈牙,水準與台灣非常貼近! 彷如回到台灣的夜市生活。
