To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約咗一個有台灣血統嘅朋友,疫情之下嘅佢冇得去台灣,就去希慎廣場嘅food court 食台灣便當,幫佢解下思鄉情懷。朋友叫咗個台灣牛肉麵,我試咗佢少少牛,好有咬口,味道香濃。有蘿蔔仲有半隻蛋,果然材料豐富。而我叫咗個香酥炸雞腿便當,炸雞腿當然冇得輸啦。仲有我最鍾意嘅粉絲同埋粟米,而我嘅便當都有蛋同少許蔬菜。食得台灣嘢,當然唔少得飲台灣飲品啦,我哋都揀咗黑糖珍珠鮮奶。再叫咗個台灣夜市香腸,大家一齊食。我朋友話,呢個台灣夜市香腸,令佢搵返台灣嘅味道,感受台灣夜市嘅浪漫。🤣
