今次特登去上環普慶坊試吓呢間我愛慢煮既餐廳,因為響我心目中慢煮食材,可以保留鮮味,而且肉質會好淋,所以十分期待,入到餐廳,以紅磚為主的裝修,甚有外國風格,還有烏絲吊燈,帶點古堡味道,燈光柔和,餐廳貼心地安排了自製消毒搓手液送比客人,仲要每人送一支,都好揼本,先叫了小食,炸甜番薯條,外皮夠曬脆,味道甜甜的,點上松露沙律醬,味道即是昇華,食到停唔到口。另外叫了前菜,燒露筍苗$28,夠曬幼嫩,清甜。還有芝士温泉蛋大啡菇$36,雖然隻菇烤過,但仍好juicy,芝士忌廉菠菜苗$32,忌廉味好出,唔會太溜,到主角,慢煮烹調的法式豬鞍架$138,燒得剛好,好脆嫩,中間燒得剛熟,肉質滲出,又夠多肉汁,肉味好鮮甜,而外皮有香草及微微焦香。⁣⁣⁣另一菜式,好獨特有墨西哥粟米花$28,面層搽了牛油,而粟米夠清甜,健康之選。飲品叫了荔枝接骨木花特飲$38,冰涼解渴,另一杯係泡沫熱咖啡$32,夠香濃。甜品都唔少得,叫了草莓醬比利時窩夫配意大利雪糕$38,窩夫脆口,賣相好靚。
