丼飯是近年大熱的日式食品,而這間豊勝手丼 ,一直都很想吃,今天終於有空,便來到了。完熟白桃🍑梳打$36,這個由日本製造的梳打味道清甜,甜道適中,喜歡白桃的必然選擇。火炙鹿兒島和牛丼$298,和牛脂肪肥美,經過火炙後脂肪減少了,而牛肉香味增加了許多,放進口袋裡,只感覺到牛肉溶化了,吃些壽司飯,可以吸收脂肪,亦令肥膩感減少。配菜有露荀、温泉蛋、冬菇,冬菇經過輕炙帶出了冬菇香氣,露荀鮮嫩爽口,是吃完肥美牛肉,不可或缺的蔬菜。温泉蛋帶點醬油香味,生熟情度剛好。
